Booking A contract and questionnaire must be legibly and completely filled out to schedule a performance.  Dates and
times are assigned on a first come, first served basis.

Payment All contracts must be mailed two weeks prior to event with a $50 non-refundable deposit.  Balance is due on the
day of the event.  CASH ONLY!  Our entertainers are committed to providing you with an outstanding experience.  Like
other service professionals, a large portion of our entertainers' income is based on tips.  Receipts are available from the
character host upon request.

Premium Dates/Times The following dates will incur an additional charge of $50 per hour: New Year's Day, Good Friday
& Easter Weekend, Mother's Day, Memorial Day Weekend, Father's Day, 4th of July Weekend, Labor Day Weekend,
Thanksgiving through the weekend after and December 24th-31st.  Any event booked less than 48 hours in advance will
incur a $50 fee.

Travel If the party address is more than 40 miles from our base of operations
as mapped by MapQuest, a $2 per mile travel fee will be assessed.  In addition, any parking fees will be paid by
the event host.  Arrival times are approximate and may be influenced by traffic and weather conditions.  We will do
everything within our power to arrive at the event at the requested time.

Cancellation Events cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged an additional $50 fee.

Late Starts/Staying Over-time It is highly recommended that you select a time later than 30 minutes after the beginning of
your event for the performer to begin to insure that all of your guests have arrived.  Performers are booked for several
events in one day and may or may not be able to honor requests for late starts or staying overtime.  If the performer is
required to stay more than 15 minutes past the check out time a $25 per 15 minute fee will be charged beginning with
the 16th minute.

Weather Performers are unable to perform outdoors during wet weather.  In the event of snow, ice or other significant
weather concerns, events may be cancelled by Partytime Impressions to insure the safety of our performers.  The event
host will not be penalized in any way and will receive priority for rescheduling.  Heat "According to NOAA, about 175-200
Americans die in an average year from heat related illnesses.  The extreme heat causes more deaths in a normal year
than hurricanes, tornadoes and lightning combined."  Mascot costumes are heavy and retain heat.  The temperature is
10-20 degrees Fahrenheit hotter inside a costume than the air temperature.  During warm weather, unless indoors in an
air conditioned space 68 degrees Farenheit or cooler, the costumed performer must have a private space to cool down.
Intervals for cool downs will be determined by medical guidelines.  A heat index calculation chart will be used by the
Partytime Impressions Operations Coordinator to determine whether a performance must be cancelled due to the
weather.  In the event that the performance must be cancelled the event host will receive a full refund of any deposit and
priority for rescheduling.

Characters Our characters are not licensed. It is not our intention to violate any copyright laws.  We make no attempt to
market our characters as "name brand" or licensed.  The characters we have are the creation of their manufacturers.  Any
resemblance to nationally known characters is incidental.  Should you have the need for a licensed or copyrighted
character at your event we encourage you to contact the company/copyright holders for that character.  We only accept
bookings from individuals who are aware that we do not represent any licensed characters.

Performers Our performers are sub-contractors to Partytime Impressions and cannot change or amend any contract the
event host has entered into with Partytime Impressions without authorization from an officer of Partytime Impressions.
Performers will strive to make your event memorable and provide excellent entertainment.  Any special requests should
be made prior to the performers' arrival, via the Partytime Impressions contract.  Last minute requests may be made to
the character host.  If your requests are within Partytime Impressions guidelines they will be honored.  Should your
request fall outside of guidelines the character host must contact the Operations Coordinator for authorization to
accomodate your request.  Performers must have a private indoor place to change into the mascot costume.  Mascot
heads do not allow for peripheral vision in any direction.  Performers can only see straight ahead.  The oversized suit
diminishes agility.  These factors should be taken into account when judging the character's movements.

Safety Characters and character hosts do not babysit children.  An easily identifiable adult point of contact must be
present at all performances.  Characters and character hosts must not be hit, kicked, punched, pinched or otherwise
assaulted.  Lewd or vulgar behavior (including "freak dancing") directed toward the character or character host will not be
permitted.  Any such behavior will immediately terminate the performance.  Smoking is not permitted near the character
or character host.  The event host is responsible for monitoring guests and providing a safe environment.
